You can have the flavor of your choice and change the ingredients likewise.

  • 3 tablespoon of dark/semi-sweet chocolate chips
  •  2 teaspoons of dark/semi-sweet chocolate chips for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil 
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour (or any flour)
  • 1 tablespoon of whey protein (chocolate flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • A pinch of baking soda (1/8 teaspoon)
  • An Egg (medium)

How to make it?

  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips and coconut oil in a large vessel heat in the microwave for 20-second, combine when it melts. 
  2. Add protein powder, flour, water, and baking soda into the chocolate mixture, mix well. 
  3. Add the egg to it now, mix well.
  4. Heat in the microwave until it is cooked. (one minute or a half)
  5. Take out and let it cool for a minute or so.

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour (or any flour).
  • 1/2 scoop of your choice protein powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 banana

How to make it?

  1. Grab a vessel (you can have a mug). 
  2. Put in coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, and mix. 
  3. Mix egg, milk, and banana in a different vessel. Make sure you mash the bananas wells. 
  4. Mix the two mixtures slowly and make sure there are no lumps. 
  5. Microwave for 20 seconds, take out and mix again. 
  6. Microwave again for 1-2 minutes.
