  • 3 tablespoon of dark/semi-sweet chocolate chips
  •  2 teaspoons of dark/semi-sweet chocolate chips for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil 
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour (or any flour)
  • 1 tablespoon of whey protein (chocolate flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • A pinch of baking soda (1/8 teaspoon)
  • An Egg (medium)

How to make it?

  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips and coconut oil in a large vessel heat in the microwave for 20-second, combine when it melts. 
  2. Add protein powder, flour, water, and baking soda into the chocolate mixture, mix well. 
  3. Add the egg to it now, mix well.
  4. Heat in the microwave until it is cooked. (one minute or a half)

  1. Grab a vessel (you can have a mug). 
  2. Put in coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, and mix. 
  3. Mix egg, milk, and banana in a different vessel. Make sure you mash the bananas wells.
