What do you need?
A cup chickpeas (100 grams) |
Half a teaspoon of salt |
Half a teaspoon of chili pepper Or any seasoning |
How to make it?
- Partially boil a cup of chickpeas.
- Spread them into a tray and bake or dry roast the chickpeas until they are crispy.
- Add half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of chili pepper or seasoning of your choice.
- Mix well and put it into a bowl.
Your healthy snack is ready! 1 cup of chickpeas alone has 19 grams of protein. It is something you can have post-breakfast or as an evening snack.

Banana Bites

Well, this is one of my favorite high protein snacks. It looks and tastes great.
What do you need?
A large banana |
5-7 frozen strawberries |
Half a cup of yogurt |
Chia seeds |
How to make it?
- Slice the/ banana into small pieces.
- Microwave the strawberries for 15 seconds or heat them in a double boiler.
- Mash the strawberries into a puree and add half a cup yogurt, and mix.
- Coat the banana slices in the mixture, top it with some chia seeds and freeze.
A delicious, high protein snack is ready. The recipe requires pre-preparation. So, if you had less for lunch, and you know- you would feel hungry before dinner, you can make and store it.
You can also have it just like that without freezing. Grab a fork and use the mixture as a dip.
Strawberries are tasty and have around 0.5 grams of protein in 5-6 berries. A large banana amounts to 1.5 grams of protein and half a cup of yogurt has around 3 grams of protein.

Oats and Peanut butter balls

Cookie dough is everyone’s favorite these days. How about trying a healthy one? It is one of the most popular high protein snacks.

Half a cup of Peanut butter (100 grams) |

- Spray a mug with oil spray and add two eggs to it.
- Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Take out and give it a mix.
- Microwave again for 15 seconds.
